WAITLIST version · October 5, 2026

Atlas Software Partners LLC, Wyoming, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is responsible for this site's waitlist. Contact hello@contact.maintenancecue.com for privacy questions or requests.

Waitlist information

When collection is enabled, we store your email, team-size range, current-tool choice, optional problem description, optional willingness-to-pay answer, and consent version and timestamps in SQLite on the hosting volume. We may also retain short campaign codes (UTM source, medium and campaign) with your signup to understand how you arrived, without attribution cookies or tracking identifiers. We use them to manage interest, plan the product, and send early-access updates only with your explicit email consent. Please do not submit sensitive information.

The preview does not accept signups. No automatic confirmation email or payment processing runs. The optional feedback uses a short-lived, first-party, HttpOnly session cookie to protect your answer; it expires after one hour.

Optional analytics

Analytics run only after you select “Allow analytics”. If configured, the shared EU PostHog project receives pageview, submission, resource-download and CTA-click events tagged saas=maintenancecue and a page category and pathname. Submission events count attempts, not unique subscribers; only SQLite records count actual signups. Form values, email addresses, problems and payment answers are never included. Automatic capture, session recordings and person profiles are disabled. If configured, Google Analytics 4 also loads only after consent. No server-side analytics run.

Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. You can reject analytics and still sign up, or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Rejecting stops future analytics on this site; it does not retract events already sent.

Service providers and retention

Railway is our hosting provider and processes site requests and may keep ordinary operational logs. Rate limiting uses temporary in-memory network identifiers for abuse prevention, not analytics. Authorized staff can export waitlist records; the export is protected by a server token. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Waitlist records are retained while evaluating and preparing early access, for at most 12 months from collection unless you renew consent or request earlier deletion. The operator reviews and removes expired records; retention cleanup is an operational responsibility. Service providers may process data outside your state or country.

Your choices and rights

Anyone can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw email consent. We will reasonably verify a request before disclosing or changing records. California residents may, where the CCPA applies, request information about collection and use, access, correction and deletion, and exercise applicable opt-out and other rights without discrimination. Authorized agents may contact us with proof of authority. We honor voluntary deletion/contact requests even where statutory rights do not apply.

The site is intended for adults managing workplace maintenance. We do not knowingly seek children's data. Contact us to report an unintended submission. We will update this notice if the proposed service or data practices change.
